General rule
Free plans and downloadable builds are provided so you can test first. For paid plans, once a license has been issued, activated, downloaded, or used with paid features, the transaction is generally non-refundable.
Not using the product, changing your mind after purchase, choosing a platform outside the published system requirements, or issues caused by the operating system, drivers, package managers, or third-party apps are generally not refund reasons.
Cases that can be reviewed
Sysora can review refunds for duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or failure to receive a license due to a Sysora system issue that support cannot resolve in a reasonable time.
Requests should be sent through official support with the purchase email, transaction ID, and error details. The decision depends on license state, activation history, and payment logs.
Subscriptions and renewals
For monthly or yearly plans, you can cancel the next renewal. Time already paid for is generally not prorated or refunded unless required by applicable law or the payment provider.
If there is a payment dispute, contact support before starting a chargeback so the license does not need to be paused during verification.
