Data Sysora handles
Sysora may handle your email, display name, plan and license data, payment status, transaction IDs from the payment provider, activated devices, app version, operating system, CPU architecture, download events, and support messages you send.
Sysora does not actively read personal documents, passwords, private keys, browser data, or work files on your device. Setup reports are sent only when you export or upload them yourself.
How the data is used
Data is used to issue licenses, verify entitlement, count downloads, prevent abuse, process payments, provide support, improve the product, and meet accounting or legal requirements when needed.
Sysora does not sell personal data. Infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare, payment providers, or email providers are used only to operate the relevant parts of the service.
Payments and infrastructure
Payments are handled by a payment provider. Sysora does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive bank information.
Download files may be stored on Cloudflare R2 or equivalent infrastructure. License and account metadata may be stored on Supabase or an equivalent database service.
Retention, security, and your rights
Sysora keeps data for as long as needed to operate licenses, provide support, maintain security, prevent fraud, keep accounting records, and comply with law.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data through official support. Some data may need to be retained when it relates to invoices, payment disputes, security, or legal obligations.
