What Sysora provides

Sysora provides setup automation tools, app catalogs, status checks, licenses, downloads, reports, and workflow support for individuals, technicians, or teams.

Sysora is not a fully managed IT service, does not guarantee that every device will complete every task in every environment, and does not replace user backup or data checks.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for backing up data before installation, having valid administrator rights on the device, using licenses within their allowed scope, respecting third-party software licenses, and not using Sysora for illegal purposes.

If you use Sysora to set up customer devices, you are responsible for explaining the scope of work, obtaining installation permission, and delivering appropriate reports to your customer.

Third-party software and services

Ubuntu, Linux distributions, drivers, package managers, LibreOffice, browsers, meeting tools, app stores, cloud services, and other third-party software belong to their respective providers and follow their own terms.

Sysora is not responsible for bugs, downtime, API or package changes, discontinued support, license changes, security issues, or data issues caused by software and services outside Sysora.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sysora is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost revenue, business interruption, or remediation costs outside the Sysora service itself.

If Sysora is liable for a valid claim, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant license or subscription during the previous 12 months.
